Group Fitness Classes and Exercise Sessions

Each class is lead by a certified instructor trained specifically for that style of exercise to provide a great experience and optimal results. Our classes teach proper/functional movement patterns that reduce risk of injury. This focus will allow each attendee to obtain maximum benefits while living a fit lifestyle.

Workout Styles:

Pilates Core Fusion: Traditional core-focused class with a combination of mat Pilates, balance and stabilization to build truly strong abdominals. This style emphasizes slow, controlled movement increasing body awareness. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Hot Pilates: This class involves a faster paced, more intense version of Pilates. Heated Pilates is designed to create greater gains in flexibility and increase calorie burning.

Yoga: Combines a series of poses in which awareness and tranquillity are attained, especially a course of related exercises and postures designed to promote flexibility, strength, balance, and stability.

TRX Suspension Training: The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity to perform hundreds of bodyweight exercises. Control the level of difficulty by simply adjusting your body position adding or decreasing resistance. This involves all major muscle groups providing a full body workout and joint mobility.

TRX Rip Training: This type of training uses asymmetric loading to build core strength and stability with rotational movements that mirror movement in sport and in life. Burn hundreds of calories and increase cardiovascular endurance in a fun, full body workout.
