Is Cardio Really Effective?

I can think of countless scientific facts and data to prove that cardio is amazing and when I say amazing I mean that if done properly it will give us all the results we could ever want way faster than any other method.

I wont bore you with nerdy science journals and peer reviewed studies. Instead lets keep it simple.

Cardio burns more calories per min than any other activity, it can build muscle trained for endurance making it more useful, think of having a body like a greek God.

Cardio improves health in every way, decreasing risk of heart disease, heart attack, stroke, diabetes, etc. Lifting weights, boot camps, and aerobic class wont even come close to helping any of these making cardio the number 1 thing we should all focus on at least 80% of the time.

Rowing is the most recommended type of cardio cause it builds muscle and heart simultaneously.
